Important Reminder:  Please observe the registration deadlines to give the convention organizers enough time to finalize venue/food arrangements, convention kits and materials production, and other convention preparations. Refund and/or substitution of participants will be allowed until August 31, 2009. Beyond this date, no refund will be allowed, however, substitution of participants will be accepted.

  • Registration fee may be in cash, check or postal money order, payable to CEAP NATIONAL ASSEMBLY. If some out-of-town checks need bank clearance charges which CEAP will pay upon deposit, the CEAP will bill the issuing schools for refund of the said charges. The CEAP National Secretariat will issue official receipts for all registration fee payments.
  • Participants will have to take care of their own travel and board/lodging arrangements. A list of hotels and lodging houses in Manila and Pasay areas within a radius of 7 kilometers from the venue will be provided to enable the participants to make early reservations.
  • In the distribution of kits and meal tickets, pre-registered participants will be given top priority, pre-registered but unpaid participants second priority, and walk-in participants last priority.
