We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting reservations for exhibit booths and sponsorships and advertisements for the Souvenir Program for the 2010 CEAP National Convention Educator's Exhibit.
You may download a copy of our prospectus, briefing deck, and ad rates. Please email us immediately a Letter of Intent indicating which Sponsorship Opportunity or Corporate Exhibit Booth you wish to avail and your top five corresponding booth choices.
Reservations are on a first-come-first served basis. This is why we ask for your top five choices.
We shall contact you immediately upon receiving your email to confirm your reservation. We hope to hear from you soonest. We will be processing Exhibit and Sponsorship reservations and other pertinent queries only between 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday to allow us time to attend to our other Convention tasks.
