Registration Guidelines

To facilitate easy and efficient registration to the 2019 CEAP National Convention carefully read and follow the steps outlined below. Observe registration deadlines to give the organizers enough time to finalize venue/food arrangements, production of convention kits and materials, and other logistical considerations. Check your e-mails regularly for notices and important announcements. Updates may also be received through Facebook.com/CatholicEdPH and Twitter.com/CatholicEdPH.

How to Register?

Log on to convention.ceap.org.ph and fill out the registration form completely. Registrant can download directly the submitted registration form. Registrant will also receive a copy of registration via email. The online facility will be open starting on April 1, 2019.

How To Pay?

Over the counter at any Banco De Oro (BDO) branch using the Bills Payment Facility.

Please provide the following information in the BDO transaction slip:

  • Company Name: Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines, Inc.

  • Institution Code: 0250

  • Product Code: 116

  • Subscriber Account Number: 15-digit CEAP-BDO ID Number (Please note that each CEAP member school has its own ID number)

  • Subscriber Name: Name of the School

If paying in check, please make it payable to:

Directly to CEAP National Secretariat Office or thru any local courier and addressed to:

Participant will receive an email and SMS confirmation once the payment has been received. Usually it takes 3-5 business days.

A payment confirmation email will be received by the registrant and can be presented when claiming ID’s and Kits.

Payment Reminder

Payment Deadline Payment deadline is fifteen (15) days from the date of registration.


Unpaid Registration

If no payment is received on the 16th day after registration, participants will receive an email and SMS notification to settle payment.


Cancelled Registration

If no payment is received on the 16th day after registration, an email and SMS notification will be received by the participant informing them that his/her registration was already been cancelled.

Other Reminder

NO REFUND IS ALLOWED. Request for substitution of participants will be allowed only until 13 September 2019. No request for substitution will be entertained beyond this date.


Participants will have to take care of their own travel and board/lodging arrangements. A list of available hotels is attached with this communication.


The fees cover:

  • Conference kits and other materials
  • Day 1 – PM Snack
  • Day 2 – AM Snack, Lunch & PM Snack
  • Day 3 – AM Snack & Lunch
